Q: What is the difference between normal postage and registered postage?

A: Normal postage do not come with a tracking number. You do not know the location of your envelope and it cannot be tracked down if envelope is lost in transient. Dressup_Plus will not be responsible for loss of your apparel via normal postage. To avoid this, please choose registered postage. For registered postage, your envelope will come with a tracking number which will be given at your request. You can then check your envelope's status at http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status
